Kulhavy to Serve as Huntsville’s Interim City Manager

In a special session Friday evening, the Huntsville City Council unanimously selected Aron Kulhavy to serve as its Interim City Manager beginning Friday, February 16, 2018. Kulhavy is currently the City’s Director of Community and Economic Development and has been with the City of Huntsville for nearly ten years, following a lengthy and successful career at the City of Nacogdoches. Current City Manager Matt Benoit has been with the City of Huntsville for five years and will be the new City Manager of Jupiter, Florida. Benoit will continue in his duties and oversee the transition in Huntsville until mid-February.

    I can work with Aron in a positive way even when we agree to disagree. He would be a vastly more ethical City Manager than the arrogant Ben-Oink who hated Huntsville, hated our citizens, was violent and condescending toward even out pathetically weak mayor.
