The City of Huntsville Main Street program is hosting the Second Annual Bacon and Brew Fest from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, April 6, 2019, in downtown Huntsville. The festival is free to attend and will include free bacon, a beer garden, arts and craft vendors, live music and a kids “pigpen” with bounce houses and other kid-friendly activities.
Main Street Program Coordinator Tracy Chappell said Main Street is excited to build upon last year’s event and get more of the community to visit downtown Huntsville.
Local music artists including Raizin Cain, Southern Disposition, John Slaughter, and Pushwater will be performing throughout the day on a covered stage area with tables for eating and relaxing.
Vendor space is still available and can be reserved by visiting HuntsvilleMainStreet.com.
The City of Huntsville Main Street program is a redevelopment program that uses a combination of organization, economic development, infrastructure improvements, and promotions to revitalize downtown.
