  • Floors need to be cleaned in front and behind counter, wall needs to be cleaned behind dishwashing area and pizza prep area, all equipment need to be pulled from wall and floors cleaned, ceiling tiles with dust build up needs to be cleaned, venthood filters need to be cleaned, oven racks with old food debris need to be cleaned, floors inside walk-in cooler need to be cleaned
    and AC vents need to be cleaned. Grease trap needs to be resized to have adequate water flow to prevent back up in store.
