  • Floor drain under veggie prep sink needs to drain properly.

  • Incorrect prep dates on product held longer than 24 hours.
  • All cooler drawers, outside surface of coolers and gaskets need to be cleaned and sanitized and pass thru cooler needs to be cleaned.

  • Pies being doubled stacked inside reach-in covers without proper covers.
  • Ceiling tiles need to be replaced and doors to prep cooler and gaskets need to be replaced.
  • Large containers of sugar, flower, brown sugar, etc. must be provided with labels.
  • Ceiling tiles need to be cleaned and free of dust, floors need to be cleaned under equipment and wall needs to be cleaned behind soda machine.
  • Certified Food Manager and permit must be posted for public view and all paperwork must be available on inspection.
