Forest Service Certifies 2 From Jena Band of Choctaw Indian Tribe

Trained in Sam Houston National Forest


Two members of the Jena Band of the Choctaw Indians received timber cruiser certification from the National Forests and Grassland in Texas for training they accomplished in the Sam Houston National Forest.

A timber cruiser estimates the amount of timber a tract contains.
